  • I need to give a big thank you to Jason of Parts Score. Jason recently installed an ESS supercharger on my 328i, which is not that common of supercharger kit and the first he had installed. Of no fault of Jason's we had some tuning and diagnostic issues because of an anomaly with my ECU. Jason's tenacity in trying to work through the issues was amazing. This is the third time I've gone to Parts Score and each time I am blown away with his expertise, his commitment to customer service, and his attention to detail. Trust me, from a customer service standpoint I can be a tough customer, but Jason has exceeded my every expectation and he has earned a life long customer. Thank you Jason and Leah, I appreciate all that you did for me.
