  • At this store, ask for Roger. We went to a big box retailer and found a dishwasher we liked. (Off topic, we have a neighbor who remodeled his kitchen and he is the king of research. He recommended a brand so we selected a model within that brand). My wife, on a hunch, called Spencer's and Roger was will to take $20 off the advertised price of the big box retailer. We paid him a visit at the store at Thunderbird and Tatum and bought the D/W. D/W came 2 days later and I picked it up. After installation, discovered it was a lemon - water cycle pump did not work. I called Roger and he said he'd order a replacement, just bring in the old one. After disconnecting the old one, I called Roger back and asked if I can go to the warehouse directly to trade it in. He said, "No Problem, just head on down and by the time you get there the replacement will be available". And it was available! Ware house people are AWESOME. Nice! Customer FOCUSED. Got the new one installed and everything is tickety-boo. The D/W was a lemon but I discovered lemonade with Spencer's.
