  • Can I start by saying that this is the best kept secret in Charlotte North Carolina. I was referred to here by a dear friend of mine after she received a birthday present in form of a facial gift card to this establishment about a year ago. Her skin looks amazing and I've been battling hormone induced acne bc of switching birth control (pill to IUD). I scheduled an appointment with Amy L. She is a certified aesthetician and she went over in detail about what my skin goals were and what I was looking to accomplish and based on my feedback she was able to develop a skin facial regimen for me. All I can say is I am over whelmed with the professionalism and friendliness and attention to detail with my facial. Amy is a wealth of information and her expertise is first rate! I'll plan to come back in a month so I can continue my treatment plan and for the price that I paid it's not nearly enough for what she provided during my service today. I would highly recommend checking this place out because it has such a relaxing atmosphere and is located in a great shopping center. I would recommend coming late on Saturday if you can their hours are open until 3 PM or you can come early in the morning when the traffic in the area has lessened.
