  • I have a home warranty, but I still needed regular maintenance on my A/C unit. I reached out by e-mail initially and then finally followed through with making an appointment for service. $30 for service always sounds appealing when trying to save a few $$$. The technician (Marlon) was very professional and a patient educator. He taught me what different parts do for the house. I asked him to check the coolant and even though he said it wasn't necessary, he still tested it for me. I ended up being talked into replacing a part which normally runs $300.... but hopefully this will avoid a call to my home warranty in the middle of next summer. All in all, the service was great and I have some peace of mind that my unit is running at optimum efficiency.
