  • Zookz is serving up some really yummy sandwiches! Their sandwich is definitely unique. The way the bread is toasted/pressed together makes it even more enjoyable. I'm pretty sure the press used to make the sandwiches is proprietary so this was the first time I've had a sandwich pressed in this style. I went with the #20 ($8.25): Turkey, bacon, avocado and tomatoes, with shredded cheddar cheese, and honey mustard. It was really tasty, perfect amount of everything so each bite was delicious. It had the perfect amount of honey mustard, I ate it all up and was hungry for more. It is a modest portion, but was so enjoyable. The wife went with the #45 ($7.25): fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, spinach, roasted red peppers, fresh basil and honey balsamic vinaigrette. She absolutely loved it. Very good vegetarian sandwich. Again, just the perfect amount of ingredients including the very tasty honey balsamic vinaigrette. The potato salad was pretty good and had a southwest take, including black beans and corn. I'd be back for the sandwiches. Very tasty and a great to go option when on the run.
