  • I've been going to this location of Great Clips for a longggg time. So obviously I like it. I LOVE the Online Check-In and when I've done this I've never waited more than 5 minutes until someone is ready for me. My hair is pretty easy to cut. I don't freak out if they cut it a little too short, I know it will grow. I usually tell them an inch under what I really want, and that usually works out the best. They always have you check it, and I have had them go at it again. It's no problem. I'm sure for them they would rather go over your hair with the scissors ten times than cut too much off and infuriate someone. Don't be afraid to ask for exactly what you want. They are pretty accommodating here. They charge for a shampoo or you can wash your hair at home before you go. They put out coupons for their haircuts at least 4-5 times a year, saving money is always nice. I recommend this location and I HIGHLY recommend the Online Check-In, otherwise you could wait quite a long time.
