I have been going here for a few days now as a guest with my friend. I had no issues checking in. I spoke to Shane about rejoining eos, as I have left about a couple of years ago. So Shane was able to help me with coming up with a plan to pay a reduced balance on my account when I got paid. So for the "manager" named Ashley(wears glasses), she was very rude to us to begin with. I do not know if she was just having a bad day, but for a manager to be rude right off the bat, was unprofessional. My friend asked to speak to a manager, Ashley responded, "Hi!" I'm sorry but if you are going to be a manager, you should already know your manners and when not to use sarcasm. My friend and I were not even being rude to her, so far her to act out of context like that to us should be unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location anymore. Eos you should have a talk with your so-called manager.
