  • Been here for 2 weeks, the pool area is always gross. The hot tub looks like something out of a horror movie. The front desks response was that it was not in fact brown or green but blue.... um no. My room which was not clean when i moved in has yet to be cleaned. Even with asking when it will be cleaned im always told "tomorrow" or day after tomorrow. The staff is nice. Its that they are short staffed and cant keep up. Roaches wander just outside the door waiting to sneak up on you when you least expect it. Its litterally a roach motel.
