  • If I could leave zero stars I would. First we wanted a free estimate, which was great but couldn't give us a quote without a deposit. Then when we called to modify our order they became very pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer. When the day came to install the carpet the contractor couldn't find the original order so he had to measure everything again. Then he disappeared. When I called they said they had no idea who the contractor they sent was. When I asked for a local number they hung up on me. When I called back they placed me on hold for thirty minutes then hung up on me. They won't return my deposit or even answer my phone calls now. Don't use them. You're better off hiring someone under a bridge. It's just as safe as anyone they would send.
