  • I visited this store in Sept. 2014 with a sterling silver bracelet that has been in my family since the 1940s. I brought it in to be cleaned and resized. I received excellent customer service while in the store. I had three people helping me and discussing ideas on how to resize the item (it had some unique characteristics). I asked about cleaning and the woman brought the bracelet to the back of the store and dipped it in something (I don't know what it's called) and returned to show me a beautiful, almost unrecognizable bracelet. She assured me she would take care of it further before I picked it up and I would not be charged extra for the cleaning. They were able to give me an estimated price the day I dropped off the bracelet (under $100). They told me it would take about 4-6 weeks to complete, their usual time frame for any piece. When I picked my bracelet up I, again, received great customer service. The price actually turned out to be about $20 less than I was quoted, which I was very happy about. The bracelet fits perfectly and is shining like new. I would highly recommend this shop. I thought everyone working there was very nice and engaged in the work they are doing. The only downside I saw is that they do not replace watch batteries, but will give you recommendations for other stores that do.
