  • I walked into PetSmart to buy birdseed and dog treats. When I entered the store, I was hit in the face with the worst unclean,cat, dog, reptile, bird, Guinea pig/hamster smell that was gagging! If I hadn't had a tissue with me to cover my nose, I would not have been able to pick up my items, which I did very quickly. I mentioned the horrid stench to the cashier but he just shrugged. 20 th St and Highland PetSmart never smelled like that! Ever! Never again!
