  • These guys cancelled so much. How many times can one place have car problems. I stayed loyal to them for almost 2 years, because my dog loved Brendan so much and it was all i knew. When I moved on from them they stopped communicating with me when I tried to get my key returned. This was a place that was responsive daily when booking walks and other things. It was frustrating.... they finally corresponded and said they'd drop the key but after I put in writing I'd escalate to Police if they didn't acknowledge and further return my key. They said it would be dropped at a later date.... and it never was. Absolute joke, do not use this place if you're in the Bloor and Bathurst area - check A leg up. Such a great service, they leave notes on how your dog did, what business they did on the walk and much more. This place gets 1 star because my dog did like Brandon. The cancellations, the time off and how it end still blows mind.
