This show is superb! It's hard not to be amazed at least once during the experience. I was amazed many times and actually found the story line that David manages to tie in with his performance really heartfelt and it made me emotional. My husband said some things were "corny" I think that's man speak for emotional (haha).
I loved how some members of the audience were able to have an item produced from the tricks. I saw a small boy get handed a balloon and his eyes were so huge with excitement I got excited too. I imagined him rushing home and practicing magic for a few days or perhaps a spark was ignited tonight that will lead him in becoming a world class magician like David.
I haven't mentioned yet this is my second seeing his performance at MGM. The last time was in April of 2012 for my birthday. This time around I was treating my big brother to a new experience for his 50th birthday. The show was excellent in 2012 as well but the show was refreshed a lot this time around and I personally feel it was even better. I don't recall getting teary eyed that time.
