| - Upon the beautiful pictures of the scenery throughout the complex, everything seemed to be perfect at first. After being there for two months, I learned that homeless people swim in the pool, not just there but all surrounding the area. The complex is located across the street from a strip club. There is an escort service that works out of building O on the first floor. You are directly below the flight path. The units seemed to have been rushed when built. There were many small problems that kept popping up not only for myself, but for friends within the complex. They have a security person there nightly that walks around the complex, but the homeless man who told myself he was high on METH, was acting outlandish and the security guard walked right past him while his eyes were focused on his cell phone. The complex is very nice, just be on alert. They are extremely over priced for the area that they are within. Good luck trying to get a towel in the pool area, the gym has free protein but is always empty. The staff changes almost weekly it seems. Colby comes off as a prick. Don't make a rash decision as I did to move in there, they have many lower priced just as nice apartments right around the area.
Good luck finding parking, or better yet finding your car. They tow you out in the middle of the night. You will learn there is not enough parking in the complex, but colby seems to think that is a problem at every complex in the U.S.
The area is not a good area. You are just north of the 202. If you walk to the gas station behind the complex, you will see many homeless people all around you.
