Unreal! This has been the worst expierence ever. We bought a dining room set in June, which began to show heat marks and fading. We used the amazing 'protection plan', and after about a month of trying to get it approved, they said it was un-repairable and they would give us a $230.00 credit to get a new table. This is absurd! How can I find a new table that would match our old chairs. I tried and tried to get a hold of customer service. I never got a call back from the manager and my other emails to customer service were completely ignored! Horrible quality and horrible customer service to boot! Thanks Walker Furniture, you made my future furniture buying needs easy and taking my business to RC Willey. At least a response and telling me I'm out of luck would have been better than no response at all.
