  • What fun! This was like being transported back to my childhood. For a special treat, my parents took me to Baskin-Robbins. We came here so often that we joked that the car automatically brought us here when it knew we were ready for ice cream. This was a treat this time as well. I am in this parking lot weekly, and have passed by BR so many times. My husband had to pick up his dry cleaning, and decided at the last minute to head over here. As I walked in it was like I was a kid again. The same smells, the same ice cream set up. It was great. This location was surprisingly clean. We were offered a taste of any of the flavors, but I hose my old stand-by...Mint chocolate chip and with some whipped cream on top. I got one scoop, and it was a lot for me. I think that if I had to do it over again, I would have asked for a kid sized scoop. The ice cream was creamy, refreshing and really hit the spot. I didn't realize what I had been missing by not coming here for so long. Those specialty ice cream places are good, but this place has lots of good memories, and the ice cream is really good! Decent prices too.
