Seriously one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at, and I've stayed at a lot of hotels. This place is brand new, open less than a year at this point. Everything is gorgeous and pristine. Start in the basement so you can take a look at the giant vault doors that are a throwback to the buildings banking days. The lobby will remind you of trips with mom or dad to the bank as a kid--you almost want to ask for a lollipop. Instead of tables with pens attached, you'll find an array of tables and chairs leading up to the buffet area where they serve FREE breakfast and dinner every morning and evening. They also give out one free cocktail per adult, and the two cocktails per adult at .75 each. You are assigned a set of drink tickets when you arrive that you use to collect these beverages. Enjoy them in the lobby (where they also have fresh hot popcorn until 10 pm--perfect if you've got kids who want to watch movies before bed), or take them to the rooftop patio (where the pool and hot tub are located) to enjoy views of the city. Our room was also gorgeous and looked brand new. It was also HUGE. We snagged it due to a cancellation at the last minute. It happened to be the ADA room, so maybe it was larger than normal. The bathroom was gorgeous, with clean lines and fluffy white towels. The staff was awesome--from the front desk to the valets. It's right down the street from the Warhol museum, and a short walk or drive to the Heinz Center. Great location, great people, great hotel!
