  • This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced at any store in summerlin. **Do not use this location**!!!!!! Do not deal with Erin, lack of professionalism, communication and integrity. I'll spare the details of what happened, because in any business, things can and will happen. However being able to communicate in a positive, non snarky, rude profession tone while working out the issues would be my first recommendation. Condescending and over talking the customer would be #2 and #3 saying goodbye rather than just hanging up on a customers face is what you do when you work for a company. A person like you could ruin a business for a hard working owner. Unfortunately I won't be doing business here again.
