Everything was smoked to perfection. The pork and beef ribs both were deeply savory with a nice balance of texture/smoke. Make sure you get a small sampler plate of whichever meats you don't necessarily have your eye on to get a taste of everything (brisket, sausage, pull pork etc) and try each homemade sauce. The fixins are all on point with a dozen plus options, but of course the corn nuggets are A1 with a pint of mac n cheese.
