  • Worst experience ever! We made reservations about two weeks ago since we had a large party coming on nye! We arrive early to our 6:30 reservation to find the our lanes are being fixed! Ok no biggie! 7pm rolls around and still no lanes! Staff is half assed kids who don't know wtf they are doing! The game area was out of order! On nye! Wtf. And the bartender was a straight up bitch! We go to place a food order (like we did last year) and it takes her twenty mins to get into the computer and keeps stating she's not the cafe and normally doesn't take orders! Chick if you can take orders you must be doing it for a while! Food takes forever to get to us! Mind you it's wrong! No utensils! Over $100 in food for our party and she gets mad when we tell her it's wrong! Then we go up to the bar to order sodas and she is no where to be found! 30 mins of asking the bowling attendants who give us every excuse possibly I ask for the manager! We give him our complaints and he asks what we need and that the bartender is on break! So you have a packed bowling alley on nye wth no bartender! Smart! So we order sodas and he says he will take care of it! This chick comes back with our sodas and tried to charge us! 5 small ass sodas for $13! Are you kidding me! And my cousin says to her that the manager said he would take care of it and with this bitch look on her face she tells us well that's not what he said to me! We tell her to go check! She never came back! What a horrible experience and we will not be returning!
