  • Can I give negative stars??? Refused to hold mail, refused to re-deliver. I had to call the actual main USPS office where they escalated my case. My husband died, I needed tax documents they were holding, didn't care, the little old lady who answered the phone hung up on me when I called on my work break, after she said she would send everything back and didn't care! Then when I called the direct number to the USPS again, they told me that the supervisor at the Westridge Location had filed a report that I picked up my mail and he spoke to me. LIAR LIAR LIAR. So I filed a counter report and to this day I do t get mail! EVERYONE AT THAT OFFICE SHOULD BE FIRED!
