  • BAD SERVICE. The Dr was nice but the staff is terrible. They don't want to be bothered with questions. I asked about the type of lenses in the glasses and the girl seemed frustrated, like she gets the question a lot and didn't want to answer it again. Then I went to get my glasses and they were trying to rush me out the door. Finally this last time I tried to set up an appointment for contacts and the lady on the phone was trying to rush me off so she could go to lunch. Next time don't answer the phone until you are back from your lunch. There are plenty of places to get glasses and this is not one of them.
