  • I've been to the Owl & Firkin a number of times for week-night snacks, weekend brunches and sometimes just for beverages. The service is decent and the rooftop patio is nice. The food is typical 'franchise pub food' - some plates better than others but none too inspiring. That said, I was there last week when they were offering samples of their new 'happy hour' menu and everything that I tried was quite good.
