  • This place is horrible! Took my son there because he had been sick with a fever of 103 for 3 days, accompanied by cough and congestion and was complaining about not being able to hear very well from his ear. The girl that worked the front desk was very slow with her job and had at least 7 folders with ID's and insurance cards clipped to the fronts lined up across her desk that she needed to enter in to be seen. After waiting in the waiting room for over an hour, we finally got called back. The assistant came in and got all of his information, symptoms, history, etc. Then the doctor, or PA came in, I am honestly not even sure what her title was. She looked in his ears and said their was not infection but that his ear drum was buldging, then asked if he had a history of ear problems. Let me tell you the ONLY thing written under medical history in his paperwork was "has had 5 ear surgeries". So I told her yes he's had tubes 5 times. She said ok we can prescribe some drops for his ears and since there's no fever no antibiotics are required. I interrupted and said he does have a fever. And she looks at the notes and says no he doesn't we took his temperature and it's fine. And I said of course it is, he had Motrin before he came so it's gone down since then. She questioned me on what his fever had been and I told her that it had been consistently 103 for 3 days, and she said well then we'll put him on antibiotics. The assistant came back in after she left the room and gave us our discharge papers. It showed on the paper that he had BRONCHITIS!!!??? The doctor never mentioned anything about bronchitis. This place is a joke!!!!!!!
