  • I have had repeated bad experiences with fruit and vegetable vendors in the structure that runs along the north side of the indoor market. Last week I ended up with blue berry pints that had about 1/3 of the contents skimmed off the top--the vendor was selling for $1 at the end-of-day. Got strawberries also. Moldy the next day. Got sliced fruit/melon in plastic containers. Fermented by the next day. Stay away from the vendors on the north aisle.
