  • I bought a group to buy chocolates from my favorite place, Ethel M. After standing in line for 10 mins, the cashier tells me that they are not accepting groupon for the rest of the year!! Really! I told her that the groupon is good through Jan 20,2016!! She said the manager said not to accept any more groupons!!! Why don't they stop selling groupons if they are not going to honor it? Now I will have to call group in to get refund! Why does Ethel have to make it so difficult for customers? I gave them one star because I like Ethel chocolates, even though I think they are pricey.
