  • In town for The Motley Brews Beer Festival in Downtown Vegas and had an AMAZING time at this hotel (got a discounted rate thru the Beer Fest). It's laid back, casual and fun...I felt so comfortable. Yes...The music was loud but not so loud that it made me crazy. It was fine! It's Vegas baby!! The rooms were charming (just like in the pictures) and I loved the "Living Room"/Lobby area. No in-room phone or alarm clock - Yeah!! It rained the whole weekend I was there but, I didn't mind. I sat at the bar and had fun. I'll be back again to try out the pool and all the fun outdoor games!! The Staff was some of the best around! I arrived at 5:30am and was greeted warmly by the gentleman at the front desk (forgot his name - SO nice). I LOVED Angelina (some patrons called her "Angie") who worked in the cafĂ© for breakfast! Delicious!! Hats off to Julian at the bar! He made the best Old Fashioned for me! Chris in Operations was great too! Loved his knowledge of whiskey and bourbons! I will be back very soon! My new spot for downtown!!! Thank you Oasis at Gold Spike!!!!!
