  • I love this place, I went in because I called Apple and they could not figure out what the problem was. I was using a mac book pro with a plug in for a HD cam but nobody could figure it out, went to 4 different places. I walked in and talked to Tim and with in about 1 minute he showed me how to get it connected. Tim educated me and walked me thru step by step of what I needed and how to do it. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I got what I needed and that I understood the process. Tim would be a great asset to any organization that he works for. It's so hard to find people that want to help you in todays world but he took the time to help me and I can not say enough great things about him. Tim was friendly, very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile! Tim would be a great addition to any management position and your very lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you Tim for all your hard work and your great attitude. I could not have asked for a better person to help me. Let me say I am not easily impressed but I was very impressed with Tim and this store. Tim did a fantastic job of taking care of all my concerns and needs. After 4 stores later I finally found someone with the right knowledge. Thank you Tim! I will be recommending this store and Tim to all my friends and family.
