  • Excellent customer service!! Went out of their way to make sure all small issues were taken care of, and incredibly appreciative of military. Go see Edgar, Joe (with the jeep) or Joe (without the jeep). All three personally helped me to find the vehicle that was right for me, even after they had sold the Jeep I had my eye on a few days previously. I live over three hours away and came in specifically test drive that car. Since they had sold it they quickly found three other options that might work for me, one that had JUST hit the lot. This one was luckily even better for me than the one I was looking at and at a better price. After purchase, a small issue came up with something the previous owner had done that wouldn't have been noticed until after purchase. Took it back the next day and they bent over backwards to fix it immediately and get me on my way. They found the parts and swapped them out in less than an hour so I could head home with no issues. Shout out to Michelle who helped me sign a the paperwork and made absolutely sure all my questions were answered. (I had many) she also offered me many services that would be useful and didn't waste extra time on services she knew I would need. She simply briefly explained that they were available, and told me why they may not make sense. Incredibly easy process for such a big decision. I just may buy a Volkswagen in a few years because of this experience. Thanks LMVW! Thanks again to Edger my salesman. Super cool dude. He'll find you the car you need. ....Not to be misogynist, but they have really cute receptionists too... ;)
