I wanted to go to this place since it opened with my 4 year old son. Finally we got the chance to go, and I learned it's not so suitable for his age. I mean, they have that indoor playground part which is nice (but too dark for some kids, I know it's how this place works but still) and they have the bowling alley that is nice too. But the rest is definitely for bigger kids and adults.
Other than that they should be teaching the staff a bit more about the packages and payments of the cards you purchase.
Most staff were nice and friendly (most), it just feels that their ticket packages are wired and hard to understand for both staff and custoners.
