  • This was quite simply one of the easiest and most helpful experiences I've ever had regarding anything that has broken down in our house. I called APEX on Saturday, and Melissa let me know that she could have Zach at the house between 8-10am on Monday. Right away at 8am, Zach was there, diagnosed the issues that we were having with the garage door not opening/closing, and went into explicit detail on what was wrong. Not once did he try and upsell any of the items that would be needed, and told me very straightforward about what he could do to just fix the problem, or here were the options that they could do to replace the system in its entirety. We opted for a brand new garage door opener system (he gave me 2 choices to choose from; explaining the pros on cons of both), installed it all on the spot, and made sure to go over with me what everything did, and made sure to help me program the keypad before he left. My in-laws were the ones to recommend APEX to me, and I'm sure glad they did. I will gladly pass it on and recommend them to anyone needing garage door repairs.
