  • I only put one star because it will not let you comment unless you put at least one star. I had an appointment with Sears today between 1 and 5. They never showed up they never called 0. I have an email confirming this appointment that I received yesterday. I see why Sears is going out business. Inferior products combined with lousy service does not make a successful business.
