  • I just had my LASIK procedure 3 days ago and my vision is already better than ever. Dr. Siems and staff did not hesitate to schedule a last-minute appointment to address my post-op concerns just two days after my first post-op appointment, which turned out to be nothing serious. In addition, they gave me free samples for all my prescription eye drops (3 of them, plus several samples of artificial tears) so I wouldn't have to go even deeper out of pocket. One of my friends went to another place where she was given no samples and had to go out of pocket for these prescriptions and had to pay as much as $200 for one of them so they aren't cheap! Also, unlike other LASIK centers, they will not try to hard sell you on any unnecessary plugs, which easily drive up the cost of your procedure. They also accept Care Credit and gave me 2 years interest free with no additional finance fee after I informed them 1 year would be a challenge to pay it off sans interest. That's excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
