| - I had recently had another garage door company replace the springs on my 4 yr old house they charged me $165, 2 days later my door would not go down when I called them back for service the man on the phone told me it was my sensors and they would only come out if I paid them a $89 service charge, needless to say I was a bit upset. So I called anytime garage door at 6pm on a Sunday and they sent a tech right over for a free estimate.when the technician arrived he told me it was not my sensors,my garage door was bending so badly that it would not go down, which I was not made aware of by the other company, then he showed me how the new springs I had just bought were actually used and had been spray painted he scraped the paint off to show me, he gave me options and prices for repair or replacement of the door, which I have seen ads for $599 doors installed, his price was higher $850,when I confronted him about the difference, exact words"you get what you pay for, I can install the same door for $599 but I'll be back in 4 years to install a new one" the door he installed that night came with a brace on every panel and huge "new" springs,he also gave me a lifetime warranty on it! Completly professional, courteous, mannerly, and experienced, the real deal
