If there was a rating for zero stars, I would give it to them.
Throughout my year long lease, I haven't had many problems with my house. There have been minor hiccups and whatnot, which is to be expected when renting a house. What I have had a problem with is the efficiency and urgency of the staff that work there.
When I have had to get something fixed, or I had a question about my lease, I would call my Proptery manager, and request to get my issue resolved.
Therein lies the problem. I could never get ahold of my Proptery manager, or anyone at the office that could help, and it would normally take at least a week for anything to get resolved. To top that all off, it would be a miracle if I could actually speak to my Proptery manager.
I don't have very good things to say about them, and I wouldn't recommend this Proptery Managment company to anyone.
