  • I've been working in Madison for over 4 years and just discovered El Dorado. Do not miss this place. The flavors they are creating are like nothing else in the city. If you're in the mood for Southwestern dishes with an interesting twist this is your new go-to spot. We sampled the torpedoes, jalapeno peppers stuffed with a shrimp and Monterey jack cheese and the guacamole and both were great. Add in some chips and salsa, with crispy thin tortilla chips, and you're in for a good start. From there our group had the AMAZING Adobo Pork, the crusted chicken, and filet. All raved about the flavors and portions, definitely a place to go when you're hungry. This place has entered my top 5 of Madison restaurants, I just wish I had found it years ago!
