  • Their delivery is SUPER slow! We ordered food and drinks one hour ago and called in 40 minutes to ask where the food was. The customer service person said their driver was on the way. We are 1.1km away from their store. After waiting for more than 1 hour, we called again. The same lady said the driver drove slow and there was traffic. It is 10:05pm (traffic at this time??). We were very disappointed with their customer service and the delivery time.
