  • Worst experience ever. Run far away. I walked out on the transaction. No customer service. I ship ALL the time with the UPS store. She couldn't look me up in the system and tried to charge me 100 bucks for something I ship all the time for around 20. I drove 5 miles or less down the road to Flamingo and Decatur and was in and out in less than 5 minutes, in the computer system and my total was 17.45. Go visit them. Easy parking, very professional and efficient.
