  • Invitation Homes offer a stellar product like I have not seen before. Their rentals are not just clean, they are detailed to the point of looking and feeling new. But the best thing about Invitation Homes is their customer service. When my a/c went out a week ago with temps predicted to be over 118 degrees, I was a bit panicked about getting our unit fixed promptly. I called on a Friday night at about 9:30 pm. They have 24 hour operators available for urgent requests. I had a contracted tech out fixing our unit by the next morning, less than 12 hours later! They have always been very responsive to service requests, which is much unlike other home owners I have rented from in the past. IH is not the cheapest place to rent a home but if you consider the stellar customer service response, and the like new condition of the homes, you are getting a really nice place to live.
