Well I was looking for something in Charlotte that was the real deal in NC. I found The King's Kitchen and decided to go for it. The best part it was a not for profit that went to feed the homeless.
After fighting all the road construction we made it there. We had a hard time making a left turn with all the road work.
The restaurant was very clean and the personnel were pleasant.
My wife had a zucchini appetizer and I had the pot roast dinner. The food was cafeteria quality, edible but nothing to return for.
The dinner cost me $45 dollars. They use the restaurant to train people and feed the poor. The 3 stars are strictly for the food.
It's a great venue doing good for the community.
