  • My family has bought a total of 6 pairs of ON shoes from this facility. We came in yesterday to try the ON cloudsurfer shoes for another brother, they didn't have it in stock so he tried to sell us the ON cloudcruiser shoes after which he said "We don't do try and leave here." We asked the price of the cloudcruiser and he would not tell us the price! I'm sorry but at this point, if you've ever watched the Soup Nazi in Seinfeld, this guy embodies him and should be called the Shoe Nazi! What kind of store would do this to a family of loyal customers?? He did say to call him back when my brother was ready to buy and he would tell us the price but why would we after being treated that way? I told him that we had a history of buying shoes from him and he was acting like we were ripping him off by asking the price. I don't normally leave bad reviews but this behavior of Tom must be addressed. If you're the owner Tom, you really need work on how to treat customers and loyal ones at that. I run a successful business so I know. You just lost a family of customers.
