Let me start by saying I am not writing this review as a shopper of the store, but as someone selling them stuff. I brought a box of 5 pairs of designer shoes after I was told at Plato's closet that the shoes were in great condition but not the kind of thing they sell there, so the cashier suggested I go across the street to Clothes Mentor. All the shoes were in near perfect condition, three of them had not even been worn. They told me that the clothes would not be completed today, which is fine, I figure I will come back tomorrow and it will be no issue. I get a text three hours later that the clothes are complete. This bothered me, because I would've stayed in the area and shopped around instead of wasting the gas to drive all the way back home. This is not a huge deal, just a minor annoyance, what happens next if the major turn off. I went back in the following day to collect whatever items they don't want and to get cash for items they do. They told me that 4 of the pairs were too worn (two were not even worn once, and the other two were worn only once) and then they tell me they could offer me the measly amount of 23 dollars for a pair of 545.00 shoes still with the tag on it. What an absolute joke. If you value your nice belongings that you take good care of and are looking to take them somewhere where that will be respected this is not the place. I am so sorry to be writing this review as I never write reviews, especially bad ones but this place left an awful taste in my mouth.
