I have been using this dealership for 4 years now ,Everything was great ( when you buy or lease the car) until 2 weeks ago I had a simple question about the renewal registration of the car that I am leasing from them. First of all I called and I was transferred to speak to the person in Financing department name "Fred". He put the phone on the speaker and it sounded like he was far away. I had a hard time to hear him. It seemed like he didn't even want to talk to me. I tried to explain my situation and asked him a simple question.He told me to throw away the paper in the trash if I didn't know what to do with it. Very rude and unprofessional.
Moreover I called back , the person who answered the phone was "Bal", I asked her to talk to The person in charge, she said nobody available.Then I asked her the corporate phone number and address, she said she did not know because it was her first day on the job. I asked her to get information from other employees,she said no one was here.
It was just unbelievable that way that they treated the customer very poorly. Very disrespectful.
I wrote to the corporate, I never got any reply.
It just SAD.
