  • I have never posted anything on the internet before, but I have to rave about the employees at enterprise. In October I unfortunately got into a car accident in my lovely Honda Fit. The insurance company deemed my vehicle " totaled" so I was back on the market for a new used car. I rented a car from Enterprise, their 7th street location from Esmeralda Valenzuela who was kind, caring, and professional. She took the time to ask how my daughter and I were doing and referred me to Dianna Alisha Holgate at their Scottsdale location to assist me in purchasing a other car. Dianna called me the same day, asked me what I was looking for in a car, I told her the features I was looking for and we made an appointment that best fit my schedule to meet. When my sister and I arrived for my appointment, Dianna already had vehicles set aside that met my budget and with the features I wanted. It was wonderful! She did all the legwork for me. All I had to do was get into the vehicles and test drive them. During my test drive, I realized that there were more features I wanted in a vehicle then I originally expressed to Dianna. She listened to all of my needs and went back on the lot and brought back a Hyundai Sonata. As soon as I sat down in that vehicle I said this is it! It was exactly what I was looking for! She was patient and professional while listening to me whine and complaint. She took down an inventory of what I was looking for and found the perfect car for me and my daughter. In my eyes she is a "car realtor". I told her what I was looking for in a vehicle and she found several vehicles to meet my needs. When I changed my mind, she listened, went back, and changed my life with my new car. The process was so easy that my sister asked me for Dianna, the "car realtor's" information. I am still so grateful for her assistance and guidance. The whole staff was kind and professional especially Pete-Ricardo Powell who started on my paperwork immediately and kept me updated on the refinancing process. I felt like their special guest. I honestly and highly recommend Dianna A. Holgate at the Enterprise Scottsdale location when it comes to purchasing a vehicle.
