You know what you need to get? A frekkin' cannoli!!!!!! My husband and I decided try a handful of items and we both agreed that the cannoli was bombastical. Everything else was just alright. We stopped by after our dinner at Giada's so there was no line. Despite it being the end of the night, they still had a wide selection of stuff to choose from. We ordered:
Strawberry shortcake- it looked so pretty and mouth watering, so I had to order it. The strawberries were sweet, the cream just right. The cake part was spongy, not a biscuit like pastry.
Chocolate biscotti- pretty standard and not mind blowing. We decided to pick one because there was a variety of flavors. Figured they might be a special thing.
Raspberry cookie- shortbread double cookie with raspberry jam in the middle. It was okay
Chocolate cream puff- this was suggested by a patron in line. Very creamy, decadent, pretty. Taste was good. I dunno if it would be my go to item though.
I will repeat this... Holy cannoli. They have two different sizes. I choose the mini and wish I had ordered the full size version. If I come back, that's what I would order, hands down! Overall, if you're comparing prices to an 85 degrees or Portos, yes- it's more expensive and not as worth it in my opinion.
