They're so many places in the Y&E area where one can grab some coffee; Bulldog is the new addition to the area.
Bulldog Coffee is small, clean, sleek and modern looking. Upon walking in I was greeted by the friendliest person who took my order. The entire staff was super friendly, chatty and happy. Also, the cafe has a nice glass counter where they had big baked goods that look fresh and yummy. They have a variety of coffee drink options, teas, iced drinks etc. There is a little patio outside of the cafe and some tables inside. There isn't a lot of space inside and the tables are somewhat close together.
I ordered a soy Bulldog- a cappuccino latte hybrid ($4.50). They had no cup sizes and made my coffee drink in a paper cup which could fill up around 13oz. The barista took time making my drink and made it really well with a heart on top. I destroyed the coffee art in an instant when I whisked in some cocoa powder and threw the lid on.
The coffee was really good- both soy and coffee were smooth, hot and delicious! However, I thought that 13oz of coffee for almost $5 is way too expensive. I personally think their prices here in the Y&E area is going to hurt their establishment as one can find good coffee for less in the same area.
