  • Drove across town to use this store and found out they have heavy additional "handling" fees because it's in a casino. As a business I understand that you may need to adjust fees, however, when you advertise as a ups store you expect standardized pricing like every other ups store in Las Vegas. If you plan on changing your rates and fees it should be cleared outlined in your marketing campaign, ie yelp, google, ups, amazon.
