  • Don't recommend them at all. Not thorough, not customer focused and frustrating every time I have to deal with them. It took two visits, lost time at work and many days of a warm house to find out that my thermostat wasn't working.. Isn't that the equivalent of tech support asking you to check if your laptop is plugged in? Our tech didn't seem to have good problem solving skills. He was Ready to leave, had the ticket written up as "all normal" when I asked him to turn off the unit again to make sure it would restart. It didn't, and then the diagnosis of its our thermostat. They were willing to sell me a $36 non programmable one for $181 installed. Then he added to the ticket, "thermostat not working" and asked me to sign. Very sorry to be under contract here and would not recommend.
