  • Customer service is hit or miss, but I have gotten some good deals at this location. I often shop the clearance sections and have found some unique dishes and decor. We also have some furniture we purchased from Pier 1 and are happy with the way it has held up. From my experience, I would definitely stay away from purchasing a wreath from Pier 1. We bought a 4th of July wreath and a fall wreath and both fell apart (paid around $40 a piece). The quality just does not seem to hold up for some reason. I have a $15 wreath from Target I have had for 3 years and it still looks great.
