  • DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! I've now come by this store 3 separate times to get some patches made. The first time the design wanted was fairly complicated and I was told they couldn't do it and would have to send it to "the orient" and get a quote. They got back to me the next day and quoted me almost $5 more per piece than I was quoted elsewhere. The next time I came in they were closed. They are located in a mall but are apparently not opened mall hours. I am writing this review as I leave a third time. I came in trying to get patches of a much simpler design made and wanted a quote. First the girl working told me I could go around the corner to the nail salon and ask the embroiderer how much it would cost. When I opted out of that she had me text her the images I was looking for and said she would forward them to her. We walked around the mall for about a half an hour trying to kill time and when we got back she said she still hadn't heard from her. They obviously don't want your business if they can't make time to help a customer. Heads up, if you offer embroidery your staff should be knowledgable enough to help a customer. I would have gladly paid any amount up to $25 for a single patch just for the convince alone. I will never try to support this local business again.
